Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreements provide for the design, engineering, procurement of equipment and construction of an infrastructure project. An advantage of addressing these issues in a single comprehensive agreement with one contractor, rather than in a series of individual contracts, is that it provides for turn-key project construction, transferring the responsibility and risk associated with construction costs and delays to the contractor.
